Based on true events of the late 1980s and early 1990s, the movie tells the story of New York young clubgoers led by Michael Alig (Macauley Culkin) and James St. James (Seth Green). The over-free group was famous for their outrageous motley costumes, drunk sex orgy and extensive drug. They arranged illegal parties in the most unusual public places including subway, buses, superstores and doughnut shops. A 16-year-old guy, Michael Alig, arrived in New York City to win his way. He worked as a waiter in the nightclub, and then he began organizing parties there. His party themes eventually became more and more twisted. Moreover, Michael’s circle of acquaintance became more depraved: he was on friendly terms with transvestite Christina (Marilyn Manson) and aspiring DJ and drug addict Keoki (Wilmer Valderrama). His vicious life came to the end when he murdered his roommate and drug-dealer, Angel Melende (Wilson Cruz), and was put into prison.

In the sequel to ‘Lara Croft Tomb Raider’, Lara Croft (Angelina Jolie), a bewitching aristocrat, archaeologist and venturesome explorer, sets out on her journey to a submerged temple called the Cradle of Life in search of the notorious Pandora’s Box, a unique artifact which was considered to be the root of all evil in ancient times. Lara’s mission is finding the powerful Box before it falls into the wrong hands, namely, into the hands of Chen Lo (Simon Yam), a Chinese crime kingpin. Lo teams up with Jonathan Reiss (Ciaran Hinds), an ominous scientist whose malicious intent is to use the Box as weapons of mass distruction. Lara’s associate to help with the abnormally dangerous and arduous task is Terry Sheridan (Gerard Butler), her ex-boyfriend. While travelling around the world they visit such exotic places as Greece, Hong Kong, Kenya and Tanzania to save humanity.

In 1501, in the Western Europe, in a period when the black plague is jeopardizing the populations, an army of mercenary peasants leaded by Martin (Rutger Hauer) fights side-by-side with the noble Arnolfini (Fernando Hilbeck) to retrieve his castle, with the promise of a huge reward. However, the band is betrayed by Arnolfini, and decides to pay him back, assaulting and stealing a caravan under the command of Arnolfini and his son and student, Steven (Tom Burlinson). In one of the wagon is traveling the fiancée of Steven, Agnes (Jennifer Jason Leigh), who is accidentally kidnapped and later raped by the group. Agnes becomes Martin’s mate, and the mercenaries decide to invade a castle, without knowing that the army of Arnolfini is chasing them.

This erotic drama of an explicit content filmed by Larry Clark (director of a shocking movie of 1995, “Kids”) uncovers the personal world of the four teenagers - three boys and one girl. They have various family problems living in Visalia, CA and face the difficulties of becoming adults. Tate (James Ransome), Claude (Stephen Jasso), Shawn (James Bullard) and Peaches (Tiffany Limos) are doing things their parents not think they even know about. Welcome to the forbidden world of the first-time desires, risky sexual experiments and violence; “Ken Park” is a skater park name where a classmate of the main characters commits suicide in the very beginning of the movie. The film was noted at numerous grand festivals in Europe and USA but its explicit content made it almost unsuitable for the distribution in the US.

Can you imagine a near-future world? The time is out of joint: it’s July, 2021, but snow falls in New York City, people freeze in Uganda, gravity loses its power in Africa. Despite world-wide chaos John (Joaquin Phoenix), a Polish academic on his way to Calgary, stops in New York to meet his wife Elena (Claire Danes), a world-famous figure skater, in order to get a divorce. But when John arrives at Elena’s hotel, he realizes that something is wrong. John soon discovers that Elena and her staff have a secret — David (Alun Armstrong), her manager, has cloned Elena with the intention of killing her as soon as her talent finally runs short. They are soon on the run from David and his mates. Is there a corner of the world where they can seek shelter to keep themselves safe and sound?

The action takes place in the USA in the 1930s. Grace (Nicole Kidman), a beatiful woman on the run from gangsters, arrives in the small Rocky Mountain town of Dogville. Town philosopher Tom Edison (Paul Bettany) takes her in and convinces the townsfolk to hide her. In exchange for shelter, Grace has to work for the townspeople all hours: she teaches math to the local kids, takes care of the blind old man, helps the apple farmer (Stellan Skarsgård) and the shopkeeper (Lauren Bacall). Eventually, the townspeople, egoistic and ruthless, begin demanding more and more from poor Grace. Tired of working double shifts, Grace decides to leave the town, but the escape fails, and she has to pass through a black ordeal. As a slave she is forced to toil from dawn to dusk, and raped by every man in Dogville night after night. Finally, Tom calls up Grace’s father (James Caan) to rescue his daughter from her inexorable torturers.

Bill “The Butcher” Cutting’s (Daniel Day-Lewis) band is fighting the Irish immigrants in 1860’s NY to gain control over the underprivileged areas of the city. Bill has killed the father (Liam Nison) of DiCaprio’s character called Amsterdam Vallon, several years later the young man returns to NYC and becomes an ally of The Butcher who has no idea about the past of his new crony. Vallon slowly falls under his spell which causes an inner conflict in his life because his primal aim was the ruthless revenge. Concurrently, Leo’s character meets the charming pickpocket named Jenny (Cameron Diaz) who turns out to have a close relationship with The Butcher. At the same time, the Civil War rages on…
